eat more iron. if you bruise easily it's because you're anemic. \nnot sure if that's applicable to throat bruises but it's good info to know anyway.\niron rich foods: meat (we know you like eating this so it shouldn't be a problem), spinach, and dark leafy green veggies.
If you spent half the effort you do on posting to this site and put that into actually communicating with him instead of just being a freak...maybe your relationship would actually work and get a whole hell of a lot better than this stupid shit.
