One of the urban legends goes it was a story of a guy running around at a swingers party with a hard on, drunk off his ass and describing his very erect and blood engorged penis. One eye = penis head / glans, One horn = curved up erection, flying = bouncing around has he ran through the crowd, people eater = a euphemistic for coitus. When that song came out in the 50's, it was quite controversia
