I don't agree that just because you're not overweight/obese means you're taking care of yourself. I'm pretty well-versed in the rigors of nutrition/weight loss and what is a healthy BMI... some "thin" people can have horribly out-of-shape bodies when you consider all factors because they eat like total crap and do not exercise.
