  • It's ok if they're in your trunk. If they're out of reach of the driver and any passengers, it's no big deal - even if they did search your car for whatever reason.

  • That's actually I good question...

  • I'm doing jello shots now!!! Yaaayyyy new years!!!

  • Yes, actually, but if you have them tucked away in tupperware or something and you don't have any alcohol in your system, they'll probably let you slide. Also, if they're not visible and you're not being arrested, cops have no legal right to search your car. Write that one down, folks.

  • @1/1 3:08 I think "than" was the word you were looking for, but I suppose there are more important things than grammar and spelling too.

  • 3:15, I'd rather the cops pull people who's sheech is slurred and who smell of alcohol then have them drive drunk and crash. Crashing is not fun for anybody

  • I was wondering the same thing

Submitted by Anonymous on Dec 31, 09 at 8:13pm
  • Legal rights to search only apply if something illegal is visible. If nothing is visible then a cops hunch does not trump the forth amendment!

  • Mylifeisfly is stupid. I makes even less sense than this site.

Submitted by Anonymous on Dec 31, 09 at 7:46pm
  • The thing is cops can consider nearly anything probable cause to search your vehicle..something along the lines of "your speech sounds slurred and I think I smell alcohol. I'm gonna need to search your vehicle."

Submitted by Anonymous on Jan 1, 10 at 3:15am
  • Only if you tell them that they're shots and not just Jell-o.

  • Just use cups with lids easy storage and not open

    Submitted by kinky_wizard on Jul 17, 10 at 3:17am
  • Cops only have the right to search your car if they're detaining you or if they have probable cause. Without one or the other, they can't do shit.

Submitted by Anonymous on Dec 31, 09 at 5:20pm
  • Do it within city limits, an ordinance violation is cheaper than a county fine.

  • I'm 16 and my parents had me drive 300 jello shots 30miles to my aunts house for my cousins graduation party. I got pulled over because I swerved a little when I turned (I was playing with the radio). They searched my car and found them in a cooler in my trunk. They were about to arrest me for underaged drinking and driving when my parents pulled up behind us and explained everything. So you judge that one.
