  • That's not Michael Jackson, that's Rockwell, Berry Gordy's son. But MJ is the one who sings the chorus, so it's half correct.

  • MJ did not write or produce the song. He appears in the chorus along with brother Jermaine Jackson. Rockwell is the son of then Motown CEO Berry Gordy, Jr. and apparently did not tell his father he was doing an album. Rockwell knew if he had a couple of heavy hitters on the track it would get released. Sadly, it was his only hit!
