  • There is more than one frenulum. There are two in the mouth (underside of the tongue and the tissue connecting the upper lip and gum, frenulum in the brain, there's the frenulum of the clitoris, and there is the frenulum of the penis. I think it is safe to assume this person is talking about the penis.
