Once you're in the real world, nobody cares where you went to school or what your gpa was there. All they care about is your work product. Work ethic isn't even as important. If it takes me half as long to prepare for trial as my opposing counsel, nobody cares, so long as I win. This is why I have such a problem with giving kids trophies for losing. It doesn't teach them the real world lesson that it's not how you play the game, it's whether you win or lose.
