this is confusing, because i can't tell whether this is a person sharing a story on the site and putting it in text form for some reason or a text recieved by someone else, because why would you say "I can't disclose who" ehhh
this is funny but it's rehearsed/fake.
Someone high might say I can't disclose. Or someone smart. Same diff.
