Just an fyi, but I was once a five foot tall 140 lb woman and I wore size four jeans, which is hardly "fat" in anyone's book - it's not even close to average size. The average American woman wears a size fourteen. In order to fit into a size fourteen, at just over five feet tall, I have to weigh about 185 lbs. You, madam, are a liar. I'm 5'2'', and lost close to twenty lbs to get into a size 5, which was at one hundred twenty lbs. If you are built like a tank, maybe, but one hundred forty lbs at 5 feet is NOT SKINNY (go check the BMI for that, I guarantee you're classified as overweight, if not obese) and you were NOT fitting into a size four.
