  • I work for Verizon and yes Verizon sucks major butt. But no, they don't record it while you're on hold and cannot hear you while they have you on hold. Also, they cannot cancel your account for that as it takes a lot of verification to cancel it and there would have to be a valid reason. But I do appreciate the stupid comments, it makes my day thinking y'all really believe such crazy things. :)
