Just google "guinness cupcakes"... Or, like someone else said, put alcohol in the frosting. Maybe vodka

Pour a liqueur onto/into the cupcake AFTER baking so that you don't evaporate the alcohol.
Just make chocolate cupcakes and put kaluha in the chocolate frosting. Very good.

Put it in the icing. In my opinion, the best is lime & tequila icing. Just substitute tequila for water when making it.
