• Not to be a downer or anything but most campus police have full officer authority to pull over and/or arrest anyone under the influence or even a noise complaint. Now the problem is their jurisdiction ends within a certain distance of the campus so if someone did run they have the right to call the other cops. Then not only it's a charge for whatever the person was doing but also evading the police.
