  • I think that they say make a paper license plate because when people get a new car, they often put paper plates in the car, and cops won't pull them over cause they assume it's new.

  • So...out of curiosity, what happens when they check the VIN? (One of my sister ex boyfriends got caught doing this a few years ago. Almost got away with it, but due to some stroke of genius, one of the cops checked the VIN.)
