  • I've lived (and smoked) all over the country and 99 times out of 100 NO ONE gives a shit if you're smoking at your own house, let alone Animal Control. GA_Peach - "why do you smoke outside where you are easily visible?" Really?? He/she was on the back porch...EVERYONE smokes on their porch.

    • I smoke in my bathroom...then again I'm surrounded by military families. We aren't on post but the demographic isn't any different...they are pretty hardcore narcs here. Mostly because meth is rediculously prevelent...weed is actually scarce in comparison to death drugs.

  • In most cities, Animal Control is tied to the police department. They just might have a say in your incarceration.
