• Intentionally using a false identity toward law enforcement is a crime all to itself. If my "friend" did this, I'd find a good criminal lawyer and have him approach the law in right way to get him busted and then sue the "friend" with several civil actions.

    • not in security clearance checks. they find out about shit that is supposedly sealed in your juvenile records, so any adult offence will def. show
