      • Putting asterisks around it adds emphasis since I can't use HTML "bold" tags in a comment. Married as opposed to civil union, since many people (including myself) view civil unions as an inferior substitute for actual marriage.

          • Agreed, but it is basically the LGBT rights movement's equivalent to "separate but equal". Which means separate and inferior.
