i agree with 8:21, or it could be a concordia or MSUM. otherwise there is no reason for a north dakota to text someone from central minnesota... but it is summer.
701 is the entire state of North Dakota, but to be talking to someone from Minnesota they're probably in Fargo at NDSU, speaking as an NDSU student from Fargo...just sayin'.

i could definately see the dalby boys saying this, and i agree, fargo isnt the only town that knows people from minnesota...i live in a small town in nd and still not a lot of people from minnesota
