• It's almost as if the cops there are focused on protecting citizens instead of enforcing inane laws in order to rack up their ticket quota!

• Not all Canadian patrols are Mounties however in this case this one probably was.

• i happen to live in cottage/camping country in Ontario, Canada... we DO hsve cops. Actually, ee have local cops, provincial cops (THOSE guys are hard asses), and yeah, Mounties. We can also.typically walk around Toronto smoking a j, nobody does much unless you're being a pain in the ass. but yes, please take all trash with you when u leave.
