Making drunken Mac n cheese at 3 am I understand why witches constantly stir their cauldrons. Much more homogenized temperature and slim chance of boiling over. Good job witches.

I don't think "eye of newt" and "toe of frog" go in mac and cheese.
I'd double check with the FDA. There is a certain amount of rat allowed, so eye of newt isn't out of the question.
You don't homogenize a temperature...
