• Keep in mind, the landlord can sue you for additional damages. Plus, there are possible criminal ramifications.

• i had a jackass landlord keep part of my security deposit because i changed my oil IN THE CITY STREET (not part of his property) and spilled some. still pisses me off and this happened 5 years ago
