• Always wondered if the blind have to cleanup after their dogs... If so, do they just feel around the ground until they find it? Contemplate, discuss amongst yourselves.

• The "kid" would have to be over 18 to get a dog, yes they have to pick up after their dog. the dogs are trained to go to the bathroom on command, so they don't have to just " fumble around" in public.
