We were having sex and my nose just started pouring blood. He reached down to the floor, grabbed a sock and held it to my nose. He just kept pounding away like nothing was happening.

That's rather assholish of him. Also, unless your nose accidentally got hit during sex...when was the last time you had your blood pressure checked? High blood pressure can cause spontaneous nosebleeds.
the nosebleed could have been caused by a temporary increase in blood pressure brought on by sex. in that case. nothing to really worry about.
Sounds like he was having sex with your mouth
And sounds like nothing was happening.
It was not blood. It was you brains
If they bleed they breed
