He speaks slang Spanish or street Spanish which unfortunately most kids of Hispanic parents from Cuba, PR or DR end up speaking when they grow up in this country. It's perfectly ok to sing along with his song as long you recognize that neither you nor him are speaking correct Spanish. It's a freakin song people, not poetry!
