no shit, i know someone who dips that is at the top of the corporate ladder...turns out he played college baseball and throwing in a dip calms him down and reminds him of his more "relaxing" days...has nothing to do with class.

11:37--re baseball players....I don't consider class to be the same thing as money. Having money doesn't mean you have class. Some of the lowest class people I've ever met didn't have any money; and as far as "rich" classless people go, I'll coin Randy Travis' phrase: A better class of losers suits me fine.

dipping is gross, but I love it. I dont think it is a socio-economical thing. Look at all the smokers out there, are they all poor low class? I work on wall st, make a great living and still like throwin in a lipper. My wife hate's it but loves me just the same. We all have our flaws. When I played football at princeton I got into dipping, now it's a bad habit, but it far from makes me low class or unmateable or uneducated etc.
how is chewing low class. i agree the spits gross but ive done it scence i was lilke 13 and a good amount of my school does it and more then 15 of the 21 people on my hockey team do it
I totally agree 12:45. Class and money are not the same. I feel the need to quote an old cliche, "You can take the girl (or boy) out of the trailer park, but you can't take the trailer park out of the girl (or boy)"

Dipping isn't a redneck thing at all. In fact, I've dipped for over 5 years and I live in the most suburban development in Northeast Ohio. Matthew McConaughey dips, and he doesn't seem very redneck to me.
