maybe this boss was being sarcastic and the person was in trouble for standing around talking to a female (or male, whatever) or something and the boss was all, "yeah soooo sorry for cockblocking you when you're on my time!" not sayin' that's how it went down, i hope the employee didn't get in trouble, i'm just sayin' we never really know what it's about.
I've never had a boss cock block.....on purpose or by accident. They always encourage our grossest patients to hit on us!!! yeah, they think that's funny!!
