Well the first reason that come to mind is the continuation of humanity.
Three words: Hairy man ass.
Beats the hell out of me, too, being pansexual is so much more fun. Why let a pesky thing like gender stand in the way of a good time?
Because it's difficult to walk crooked.
Someone has to bat for the other team.
Because that's the way we were designed to be.
