  • Why do all black guys who smoke cigarettes, smoke menthols? Even Dave Chapelle has pointed that out and in my personal observations, it's almost always true. Anyway cigarettes do give you a buzz, they stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, having a calming/relaxing effect and making your digestive system kick in (which is why they make you have to poop). If you're generally a nonsmoker and then you smoke one, it gives you a head rush and can make you kind of dizzy.
