  • Herchel, when my kids were potty training they spent a great deal of time naked. It cut down on the accidents. I was never arrested nor was I under investigation. It wasn't even "casual nudity". There was a reason for it. Again, you people obviously have no kids.

  • Those of you that think a naked child is creepy, irresponsible, etc are obviously not parents. Children go through periods of wanting to be nude 24/7. My toddler takes her clothes off all the time, including the middle of the night. She only does it at home. Children are not born with shame, we learn it as we get older. There is nothing wrong with a naked child in front of their parent. The cupcake, on the other hand, is not the best idea.

  • I feel ridiculous giving out parenting advice on TFLN, but seriously, you're the adult here, not her. There's a limit to how much irresponsibility you can allow. Cupcakes for dinner, sure, occasionally, but casual nudity in children has a way of winding up putting someone in jail in today's society.
