It's actually pretty simple: Plan B prevents a fertilized egg from implanting in the uterine lining. Now, some may take the position that since egg has met sperm, it's a baby...but that basically means any heterosexual couple that has unprotected sex is guilty of negligent homicide, since eggs fail to implant naturally quite often.
Actually, Plan B DOES NOT prevent an already fertilized egg from implanting, it just prevents a woman from ovulating. It's just a higher dose of your average birth control pill. So, one step further away from being an abortifacient. :)

Plan b and BC both kill babies. Once your gizz has met the egg, there's a baby in there. But both of those product release a shit ton of hormones, that prevent the FERTILIZED egg from sticking to the uterine wall. So yes it does kill babies an that is aweful.
plan B doesn't necessarily prevent a fertilized egg from attaching, it can also prevent it from being fertilized, as birth control does. next time you want to rant and flame something, try research and spell check. kthx

Uhhh when an egg is fertilized there isn't a "baby" in the egg yet... It's tecnically just cells multiplying i.e. Just a cluster of cells that don't know there function until later... So I agree learn your arguement before you bitch about it..
No, it actually prevents fertilization by preventing a woman from ovulating, just like her bc pill does (Plan B is just a higher dose birth control pill and is equivalent to taking two of your pills in a day).
