No it isn't, you twatwaffle. In most states it's a felony to knowingly pass on HIV, therefore making disclosure to new partners a necessity, but no other STI falls under that law. She can pass herpes on until everyone's crotches are red, weepy, scaly messes, and there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it.
Intentionally transmitting an STD is not a federal offense, though it is a felony in many states. See http://www.criminaldefenselawyer.com/resources/criminal-defense/crime-penalties/std-transmission-laws.htm for details and please mod down those posting misinformation.
If she has been plotting master revenge since the 7th grade does this mean she purposely got herpes so she could give it to him....? if so shes a fucking idiot
Reading this thread just proves what spiteful cutns women are! "Oh he probably deserves it"?!?! A disease that is painful and horrible, for life... If he didn't kill a family member, then no. He prolly cheated on her. Nowhere near appropriate! Stupid biches!!!
Something like this happened to a friend of mine... she wanted revenge on him for dumping her years ago or something. Little did she know that his habits had caused him to pick up AIDS.
That is really gross. Unfortunately, however, it is not a felony for her to sleep with him and not tell him she has herpes. In poor taste, yes, felony, no.
