Take a raw chicken breast and sprinkle ginger over it then marinade with Italian dressing. Grill and chop. Sprinkle on top of salad along with low fat Italian dressing. The more ginger used, the greater the zing after taste. Adding this lean flavored meat will not only dramatically improve the taste of said salad but provide vital protein to the muscles for rigorous activity and help avoid muscle mass loss while trimming the body in a healthy manner. Low in fat and low in calories yet highly effective.
