Yes they do, you're probably just putting them on wrong/ using the wrong lube/ buying the wrong size. This is why we need sex ed in schools.

- My high school didn't. We had a sex unit in health and again in Anatomy and Physiology 2, but anatomy was optional. Neither of them went into more detail than saying these work without actually talking about how to use them. It was just "don't have sex and you won't get pregnant."
