• There are wearable bladders exactly for scene like that. Most wear like a vest with a hose to sip from.

• If you lived in a city with a cold climate/winter, you can smuggle in just about anything in those big winter coats. Although, you get credit for giving the Ziploc bag thing a go. Shows your resolved to get a little twisted at the movie.

• Drink half you coke then pinch the corner of the bag. Doesn't sound that bad to me. Of course a water bottle, flask, or little airline bottle of Jim would have been better.
