    • Read my post again. My point was that Nifong was a asshole and a fraud (who was rightfully disbarred and should have gone to jail), but he wasn't the only one. Most of the University faculty and administration lined up against those INNOCENT kids. They were ALL wrong, and that made the scandal worse. Your other assumptions are half right: I'm a bleeding-heart ACLU attorney, but only winners get trophies. Losers get to practice harder.
