Here: I'll spend the thirty seconds to do the math for you...If you're assuming the age of consent is eighteen, and there are 9 possible ages, there's an 8/9 chance they were underage. If you're assuming the age of consent is seventeen, as it is in some states, that's still 7/9. Unless you were raised during the Bush administration, there's no excuse for being that dumb.
@boblob don't be an asshole about it. Even if you were right you'd still be a dick. In my state the age of consent is 16, which makes three legal ages out of nine possible. This is, in fact, proportional to a 2/3 chance that it was illegal
