If OP is talking about weed, it's people like this that are the reason why it's illegal. Grow up. Herb just enhances your senses basically, not make you lose clothes or your mind. \n\n/rant.

Weed alone enhances. Now if it's taken with other narcotics or laced then this leads to levels of stupidity as described above
This one is a no-brainer. You were high enough to lose your clothes.
