• If he's not currently her cousin, and they aren't blood related to begin with, then there's no issue. And even if they are, there's always the saying "incest is best kept in the family"... :heaves:

• Happened to my friends: his aunt and her uncle were married at one time and got divorced. Thus, they were cousins once by marriage.
