Well, a vagina is attached to a womb, and fallopian tubes. There's no way to stop water from entering your uterus if you are filling your vagina up with liquids. A uterus can hold multiple babies plus a load of amniotic fluid, and is capable of stretching. So, yes she can easily hold that amount of fluid.
